Create CoinMate Bitcoin Voucher

You can generate or redeem Euro denominated vouchers. You can use these to transfer funds between accounts, or as gifts for others. To use this function, you must verify your account.

To begin with, you must register an account with, and then confirm your email address. To enable full features, and expanded transaction limits, you can verify your identity or company.

You have several options to deposit funds to your account. We support deposits of Bitcoin, Euro, Moneypolo and OKPay. Local currency deposits in Czech Koruna & Polish Zloty are converted into Euro. Once funds are deposited, or you have sold Bitcoin and have a Euro balance on your account, you can create a voucher.

Creating a Voucher Step by Step

To create a voucher, log into your account, visit the Finance Page, select Create Voucher.

Enter the Euro amount you would like to create a voucher for. You will be prompted to enter your two factor authentication code from your email, or Google Authenticator app. Once this is entered, you will be shown your CoinMate voucher code. This can only be redeemed once. Please make sure these are within the limits of your verification level. CoinMate Vouchers may be subject to fees.

Getting my Bitcoin into my wallet

If you would like to trade bitcoin on the exchange, you can place orders on the market. However, if you would like to immediately withdraw your bitcoin to your wallet, you can visit your Finances page, and withdraw your bitcoins there. You will be prompted for your 2FA code via email or Google Authenticator, and once complete, your bitcoins should be transmitted to your wallet shortly thereafter.
